A. Three to four hostesses - these ladies will set up the reception room, decorate the room with decorations owned by the Wedding Ministry. They will host the reception, which includes replenishing the bride and groom's tables, clearing the tables of dirty dishes, attending to the needs of the bridal party, assisting the photographer in any way needed, clearing and cleaning the room after the reception concludes and taking care of the needs of the guests.

E. Ten guest tables with floor length tablecloths, centerpieces, eight chairs around each table. we launder all tablecloths after each wedding. Optional color toppers for rent (see below).
F. Bride's table with lace, satin stripped or organza skirt, with optional bows, lace, ivy; silver or crystal punch bowl, gold with crystal drops candelabra (including 5 candles), silver plate rack, plates, cups, silverware. (Optional punch fountain - see below)
G. Groom's table with floor length tablecloth, coffee urn, plates and cups, silverware, candelabra (including 9 candles) or floral centerpiece, silver water pitcher, nut dishes, coffee with condiments.
H. Gift table with floor length tablecloth (bows, ivy, tulle optional), a silver candelabra (including 4 candles), and other accessories as needed.
I. The room set up includes: 2-3 foot pillars with ivy - a stage set with two wing back chairs for photos, and twelve fichus trees.
J. The use of the sound board, with microphone, cassette player, CD player and CDs.
K. Mixed nuts and white grape punch.
L. Silverware, glass punch cups, glass plates, use of bride goblets, and cake knives.
M. Additional chairs around perimeter of room as needed.
When you use our services, all you have to do, should you choose, is to enjoy the reception along with your guests. When decorating, we always invite the bride to oversee the work in progress. If you have additional decorations for the room, guest tables, or cake tables, we will be glad to work with them. We strive to have the Fellowship Hall decorated by the time of the rehearsal.
