WEDDING MINISTRY COORDINATOR - coordinates all of the activities of the TCQC Wedding Ministry. She is available for any questions that may arise regarding your wedding. Please direct all inquiries to our Church Wedding Ministry Coordinator.

TCQC Church Office - 358-7681
Wedding Director - selected by the Wedding Ministry Coordinator, will be provided for every wedding. These experienced ladies will contact the bride to make arrangements for all TCQC staff that will be needed, with the exception of the minister. These arrangements include: sound, accompanists, soloists, reception crew, and custodial crew. In addition, the director will, after consulting with the bride and groom, direct the rehearsal and wedding. To avoid confusion, visiting pastors and staff should be advised of this procedure. The director will also be available on the day of the wedding for any changes, problems or questions. The job of the wedding director is to make your day as perfect as possible.
RECEPTION COORDINATOR - Coordinates and caters, with the help of a reception crew, beautiful receptions. If the bride desires, these ladies will set up, service and clean up at your recption. The set up includes: tablecloths and skirts for the bride's table, groom's table, gift table, and ten guest tables (8 guests to a table). They also provide the punch, nuts, crystal plates, cups, and silverware. Center pieces, serving pieces, punch bowls, punch fountain, and coffee urns are also provided.
COUNSELING - The Church at Quail Creek provides up to 4 hours of premarital counseling with a professional staff counselor for any couple in which Dr. Coffey or any other TCQC minister is officiating at their wedding.

STAFF PASTORS - Our Senior Pastor, Dr. Stan Coffey, along with several other pastors on staff at The Church at Quail Creek, are available and would be happy to officiate at your wedding. If you are interested, you may contact the church office to visit with the Pastor's Administrative Assistant for availability. Only ordained ministers are permitted to officiate at any wedding and must be approved by Dr. Coffey.
